  2. Healthiest and tastiest snack meal ever: organic celery, apples, PB, low-fat yogurt, & blueberries. Ah-maz-ing.
  3. Getting up early tomorrow to make stuffing: Thanksgiving, round 1!
  4. If I need anything else for my holiday baking, my budget is in trouble. Bought 15 lbs of flour this am. Ridiculous, I'll admit!
  5. Came home to the smellof fresh homemade bread. Made a classic cheese sammy to celebrate, evoking childhood in all its cheese sammy glory.
  6. Just answered the office phone to hear, "Hello, dahhhhling." Another reason to love these Southerners, I do declare.
  7. Between "Eating Animals" and this Natl Geo show on pandemics and H1N1....there's not much hope for my future omnivorism!

  13. Tonight, I reveled in celebratory queso. Which is actually illegal in 23 states.
  14. Had two folks request homemade caramels again for the holidays...let the festive baking and cooking begin!
  15. Going to my dad's today rooting for the other team (sic 'em Bears!) and becoming vegetarian. His nightmares incarnate!
  16. Ran a few miles, then ate a nice veggie lunch. Fake chicken nuggets taste like chicken nuggets. Who knew?!
