  3. Woke up this morning unable to focus my eyesight on anything. Everything was (and still is) spinning, like I have vertigo. Maybe the flu?
  4. Getting ready to run a half-marathon if my battered knees allow. I think they're candidates for replacement.
  5. @scrivener No matter what your diet is, we will always enjoy Anna Miller's. For the obvious reasons. ;)
  6. @scrivener If you did go veggie, I admit I'd miss your occasional reports from Blazing Steaks to sate your appetite for some red meat!
  7. @scrivener I rarely eat beans. Rice, tofu, seitan, peanut butter are pretty much my staples. Would eat inari and natto if I could find more.
  8. Wow...I saw so much female eye candy while running a 10K on the bike path today I think I need to go see my dentist.

  10. Feeling like a slacker. Didn't get to run today. Left hamstring on fire.

  13. Eating a peanut butter and lilikoi jelly sandwich. The lilikoi jelly is from Kauai. Yum!
  14. @surfchik4jesus What was the name of that headed shrimp dish that @scrivener didn't like and you had a pic of. I can't find it!
  15. My left hamstring and knee are giving me grief this morning.
  16. Thankful that this area doesn't have a JITB. That JITB spokesman freaks me out.
  17. @saidshe How about getting Ed to ride bike w/ you with water sometime?
  18. @saidshe Good idea 2 do that, especially if you're running in areas with little access to H2O, like along most bike paths in RI.
  19. @saidshe 10K was run in near 80 degree conditions. Wasn't too bad of a run for this time of year. I'm wicked thirsty now, though.
  20. Back from a pretty warm 10K run. Time to enjoy a nice cold glass of limeade on the rocks.
