  1. In this case, I fully blame Apple; I'm sure that's an optimal choice for some people but I can't see why you'd want it as the default?
  2. Sometimes it's tricky debugging web apps, trying to work out what is the OS, the browser or your own stupid fault... http://bit.ly/07Fw8WF
  3. How about a quick round of 'hunt the error'? - http://brizzly.com/pic/HO4
  4. @oceanician bit rubbish - I don't really follow many of those types from mcr; @usabilitygal, @hereinthehive are a couple that come to mind
  5. Still, sure I'll manage somehow :)
  6. Excitement over #digitalsxmas tempered by the thought that it's the night before the @setfire christmas do.
  7. @jameslewis well, I have no idea either, not being a programmer. I'm not sure there are many people who really know
  8. Still amazed by jQuery's runaway popularity compared to other JS frameworks. Is it genuinely better?
  9. RT @setfire: We're looking for an experienced Rails/BDD Developer - come work on our new e-commerce platform! http://bit.ly/4CICHt
  10. Graffling
  11. @fellowcreative trust is required. Which probably entails a need for privacy or curation, or both. Don't think a public resource would work.
  12. @iA just makes for a good headline I think. What's funniest is that they're almost always completely wrong.
  13. @fellowcreative I agree; I also like your idea of using twitter lists for this purpose.
  14. Can't believe that a site that publishes such poorly-written articles has the to bang on about the beeb's poor science record.#potmeetkettle
  15. Lol, the reg do their bit for recycling - First appearance http://bit.ly/2Wlu2A , 9 months later - http://bit.ly/mx3zp
  16. http://brizzly.com/pic/FSR -->wow, some really sexy button design from the canon.com site. Needs a bit more bevelling though I think.
  17. iPhone is in many ways a better platform, but it could end up being more cost effiective to develop for droid http://bit.ly/3aOFjP
  18. @winjer ooo, not tried that one, will have a look. It's the principle I love. Possibly just cause I spend so much time writing markup :)
  19. Also, writing notes in #markdown or #textile is great too. Quicker than wysiwyg; no reaching for controls every time you want to style text.
  20. @zakiwarfel cool, might add it to our book list here... have you considered publishing that matrix online? Info must change fairly often.
