  1. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is bringing memories of an ex-girlfriend flooding back.
  2. http://twitpic.com/95azl - Temporary workspace & colleague. Colleague's taken to sitting on my MacBook Pro's keyboard when I'm not looking.
  3. Strange start to the day: no water and no email. Several minutes passed before I prioritized the lack of water.
  4. Almost wrecked my hire car, then got lost down some Cornish lanes. Air con and Pixies kept me sane.
  5. Arrived in Cornwall in record time to house- and cat-sit for my brother. Exhausted. Moonwalking to bed.
  6. Cantona'd my polo shirt's collar. It's not a look I can pull off.
  7. My http://infinitesummer.org starts now: reading Infinite Jest in bed. Printed special bookmarks and everything.
  8. @Hinchcliffe I am now, thanks for the link. A sun-faded bookmark 92 pages into my copy is a reminder of a previous attempt to read it.
  9. Overslept big time, until 1:00 p.m. to be exact. Missed the start of the British Grand Prix.
  10. http://twitpic.com/7wbly - Police helicopter buzzing above me in the garden, probably looking for pesky ravers.
  11. Police have put up signs informing that an unlawful rave due to take place in a local quarry/caves is no longer taking place. Killjoys.
  12. Tested iPhone's Voice Control. Breathing near the headphone mic causes it to play songs by Air.
  13. First tweet from my iPhone 3G... Speedy! Wipes the floor with my second gen iPod touch.
  14. Lying in bed, listening to the Shipping Forecast. One of life's simple pleasures.
  15. http://twitpic.com/7mnpi - Got a GelaSkin. Now all I need is an iPhone 3G S.
  16. Sitting in the garden, listening to the Rolling Stones, reading a biography of John Peel.
  17. Droves of inebriated people moseying past my window. The pub from which they emerged is included in the Guardian's 100 best summer pubs.
  18. Pleasantly smashed.
  19. Repairing to the pub to regale myself with several glasses of beer.
  20. Really quite taken with Kasabian's new album, West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum. Great title.
