  1. 2:57:55 T Road yesterday. Moved on from Travis at 18 miles. Thought we'd both go sub3; last chance workout was 6:30 pace 9 miler on Tues
  2. Same halfM as yesterday but 2 min faster...1:30:37. Felt like I ran harder yesterday. Had Travis along today and that helped. 6:55 pace.
  3. 1:32:45 solo halfM this morning (Old Alabama route). Pushed hard. Thought I'd be closer to 1:30. 7:04 pace.
  4. Sub 37 Turkey Chase...36:45...5:40, 5:44, 5:57, 6:10, 5:59, 7:13. Fell asleep alittle on mile 4. Not worn out but about all I had.
  5. Warm-up confidence track 3 miler at Betheda HS 17:29...5:48, 5:53, 5:47...all very controlled. Maybe sub 37 tomorrow at the Turkey Chase?
  6. HalfM with Travis this morning...sub 1:40. Felt fine but a bit trashed from the Train concert last night.
  7. 6:40 / 6:20 pace work in the cemetery with Travis. 9.1 in 59:17
  8. Same halfM course as yesterday but beat it by 5:00 today. Travis was feeling good! 1:34:09. We're getting there. Marathon in one month
  9. Rain canned the second 10 miler idea yesterday, but put in a halfM w/ Travis this AM...1:39:25.
  10. Rain broke just in time for a 10 miler and change in the cemetery this AM with T. 1:06:50. May try and solo it again this PM...yikes
  11. 1:34:14 13 miler this morning with Travis. About time we put alittle zip on this run.
  12. Nice job Meb! Inspired me to a 1:56:10 16 mile Highlands run. Note to self...33:50, 30:43 (1:04:34), 20:47, 28:20, 2:28.
  13. Runs of 12, 13 & 13 all around 7:30 pace the last 3 mornings.
  14. 1:38 13 miler with Travis in the rain yesterday AM and a tough 9 miler this morning again with Travis ... 1:00:03
  15. Moto rigid 29er SS 33x18...up Yellow Mtn gravel in 16:04 (at least 30 seconds faster than geared full suspension) + up Cotswalt...crazy good
  16. Second week on 2 mid week thirteen milers...not sure why I'm not tweeting about it.
  17. Out for some morning 2:30 pickups with Travis. Really beat up all over yesterday but still managed 1 hr spin and sub 30 track 4.5 miler.
  18. Massage today felt like a steamroller. Soooore.
  19. 1 hr spin, 15 min break, 38:27 6 miler on Dunwoody track (sub 6 last mile). Right calf very tight... icing now.
  20. Ready for another solid running week with Robbie.
