@ Yep, complete image. I have it set to 3 month, 3 week, 3 days. Only the files that change get backed up automatically every day.

@ My sisters hard drive died. I replaced the drive and 1 hour later I was done.

@ I love my WHS. It takes 45 minutes to install a complete copy of a drive from the WHS. Worth the money.
