  10. Moving to a new Windows Server 2008 installation... enabled dynamic content compression and it seems like the site will be more responsive.

  12. WebKit (Chrome & Safari) has an odd bug in CSS next-sibling selectors... .foo:hover + .bar + .baz doesn't work properly. Fixed w/ jQuery.

  17. Yay, looks like MS are now collecting extra crash info when VS2008 crashes on startup. Perhaps a fix won't be far off?
  18. Coding in .NET 2.0 atm... and boy do I miss LINQ-to-Objects! Enumerable operations are a real PITA if you have to hand-code them in loops.
  19. @coderanger - I'm trying TweetDeck - it has a "hide previously displayed messages on restart" option.
  20. Listening to songs from my childhood on Spotify... some of these I haven't heard since I threw out my old cassette tapes years ago.
