  15. @alexoconnor and a last thing to note is as it .NET is plugs in nicely with other Services :)
  16. @alexoconnor and as a FLEX developer, I can tell you that Silverlight does excite me [especially the futures!] :: maybe we can Skype
  17. @alexoconnor Silverlight had *many many* advantages over Flash/Flex :: mutithread, background & GPU processing are big ones
  18. @alexoconnor only real learning i have found is to discover the limitations of the platform [a few in comparison with WPF] and work round
  19. @alexoconnor learning curve it not that steep :: XAML [the mark-up] will be new to some folk :: but the back end code .NET
  20. @jabbrwcky dont know :: invite been sent, but you have to wait for a while :: most folk i know on it did not get invites, but where invited
