| Went to Des Moines yesterday with Lynne, Matthew and David. Got Cold gear for David. Matthew looked at rifles. We ate at Ryan's. |

| Just back from Des Moines. I have to have tooth pulled, recommended for titanium implant (sounds high tech). |

| David suited for JV but didn't play. I had to go to hospital with player that had seizure. Matthew doing well, will run Thursday. |

| Mowed pasture today but had to change to bush hog as I broke the sickle. Got it done though. Matthew ran 5 miles. David playing JV Monday. |

| Matthew ran tonite, 12:16 for two miles. He has gotten better!! David in football. Game tomorrow. |

| Walked last nite. Did OK but stamina not there yet. Will plan on about 2 weeks of walking before adding any running. |

| Men's Retreat was great. Probably the best I have seen. Matthew went kayaking tonite. Went for a short walk with Lynne. Feeling pretty good. |
