  1. Rode 2:15 with road bike on pavement :) Ran 21m quick tonight.
  2. Swam 60m w/ 20m moderate nonstop, 10x100 sprint/50 kick easy/15s recovery, 3x IM. Ran 43m w/ 10x400 fast/ 400 easy. Core, stretch, weights.
  3. Rode MTB on the road for 1:15. Ran 22m easy. Ready for some sunny warmer days!
  4. Rode a few miles this morning (too early) in 28 degrees, then turned around and went home! Rode later for 1:30. :) Ran 21m tonight.
  5. XC-skied for 60m at the park, then rode for 1:15 on MTB on the road.
  6. Rode 1:45 on MTB on pavement. Ran 21m quick pace tonight
  7. Ran 60m @75%HR on the pavement. Would be nice if the snow would melt so we could have our trails back. More than enough snow in mountains...
  8. Rode 1:30 on road with MTB in 34 degrees. COLD. Ran 22m tonight.
  9. Swam 60m w/ 20m moderate nonstop, then 10x100 sprint, 50 kick easy, 15s recovery. Core, stretch, weights. Ran 40m on road w/ 10m of tempo.
  10. Rode MTB on the road for 1:30 in ~30 degrees. Was just about frozen solid by the end!
  11. XC ski for 60m. Run 30m w/ 4x 400 fast. Ride 40m. Core, stretching, weights for 30m.
  12. Ran 40m on pavement. XC skied 1:20 at the park :)
  13. XC-skied for 1.5 hours. Rollers now?
  14. Rode 20m, ran 30m, rode 40m. Stretch. When you're in a busy gym on a snow day you need to improvise. Skied 30m in the park tonight!
  15. Swam 60m w/ 7x100 swim, 7x 100 pull, 250 kick, 300 paddles, 3x IM, kick more. Today I reconfirmed that one swim a week is not enough :) SLOW
  16. Rode 2 hours on new TT bike w/ 2-mile time trial in 3:46 :) Ok, so I had a tailwnd! Ran 3-miles tonight easy
  17. Boulder: I like it when the first day of winter feels like spring!
  18. Yesterday: Rode 2 hour on MTB. Ran 52-minutes w/ 18-minute of tempo at 90%HR.
  19. Rode 2+ hours with ATS group at tempo pace for a couple stretches. Ran 21m tonight over local run route which is a sheet of ice. :(
  20. Two hours on MTB with pavement, bike path, sidewalks, even some dirt road. Cold is not so bad when the sun comes out!
