  15. @dcypher_ it's presentation. The way i see is that if your brwser supports it, use it. Users will get a better experience.
  16. @dcypher_ depends on the design. If you were to use opacity then the css won't validate. Should that cause concern? I don't think it should!

  18. @dcypher_ So how do you get around issues where you can't use certain CSS because of validation errors. Like opacity for example?
