  8. @LostBoyGoonie It's not easier to write kanji, but due to so many homonyms, kanji makes it MUCH easier to understand a japanese sentence
  9. @dbooster Similar to english when reading, but with kanji, you can understand a word's meaning regardless of its reading

  11. @nunoncastors Yes, master hiragana and katakana first. Get them out of the way so you can focus on kanji when reading. Good luck!

  17. @BretMayer I recently heard from a user of readthekanji that Mincho is not available on all systems. Do you know if it is "web safe"?
  18. Just fixed the trailing "n" on answers to be counted as "ん". So "さn" would become "さん". Should result in less typing mistakes!
