  1. @securitypro2009 Thanks - great article. RT What's old is new again http://bit.ly/e0CVf
  2. We have a new 'Blue' skin choice - http://bit.ly/4bUigE
  3. Please don't be discouraged by our recent troubles. All well now. http://www.spywareinfoforum...
  4. We're back. Permanently. Was baffling problem involving crash, restore from backup with crash in it, solved by backup from 6 hours earlier.
  5. Back but OFFLINE.
  6. Down until further notice. Seems to be server OS problem. Rogue process using all of CPU not stopped by cold reboot.
  7. The upside to recent inconvenience: http://bit.ly/4oNb0X
  8. SWI forum is so fast with 4G of RAM. What a difference. Come see! http://www.spywareinfoforum...
  9. SWI will be down an hour from now for installation of 4G RAM. We hope. Expected to be down about 30 minutes.
  10. @BleepingElf Well done!
  11. "The techs in the data center did not know how to properly install the new RAM" so there is still hope that we'll get our 4G tonight.
  12. Upgrade to 4G failed "RAM was incompatible". We're backup but still have only 1G. Stay tuned.
  13. We lost posts from October 26. My fault, pilot error.
  14. SWI is back, and we didn't lose any posts at all that I know of. :)
  15. Forum will be down until we get 4G RAM installed. Possible Monday. Don't know yet for sure.
  16. WyldRyde was taken over so a new IRC network was created by its staff. Most accounts and channels moved to irc.geekshed.net (6667)
  17. We're still down, may need to wait until our 4G of RAM is installed. Appears not enough memory to do database restore.
  18. Maybe a bit less spam - 800 Nigerian spam sites shut down. http://bit.ly/lBvT4
  19. Usually I mysqldump, then gzip. This time I piped through gzip. Guess that took more memory. Which is very marginal until we get our 4G.
  20. At least, I think the backup completed - bash gave me a prompt. Hope the support folks at Dixiesys see my ticket soon.
