@ It is not the best time to plant raspberries. That's early spring. But, if you keep it watered I bet it'll fruit some next year.

@ eggshells and coffe grounds would be especially helpful to a newly planted tomato, but not as helpful for one starting to fruit.

@ First, Pumpkin plants get gigantic, so plan on it. Choose a sunny spot w/ composted soil mounded 6" high...
