Google Maps Nav design clearly by US (CA?) team; better if it was out of US, eg EU or NYC [sic]. Not chance TomTom Navigon etc are European.

Installed Google Maps update on G1: Navigation indeed a bit beta in NYC, but otherwise: byebye Garmin! Very nice!

@ Well, dont' have hard data and sometimes pesky updates ( = reason for reboot) do come more often, but that's my impression..
