  1. @ifcov Thanks for helping us test the beta--what happened? (beta@spanningsync.com)
  2. @mildlydiverting If Spanning Sync is about to delete more than 10 events, it will ask first. Did it?
  3. @mildlydiverting Did you just install it? Your data is backed up in /Library/Application Support/Spanning Sync/
  4. @CameronBrewer Great. Installer work is always the most fun. :-)
  5. @CameronBrewer Hmm. Try manually removing everything (http://is.gd/1mrXL) then reinstall the beta.
  6. @CameronBrewer Sounds like the old version wasn't uninstalled by the new installer. If you run into problems, try a manual un/reinstall.
  7. @sethhenderson :-)
  8. @CameronBrewer We've done a ton of architectural work to address exactly the problem you've been having. We'd love to get your feedback.
  9. @_angelos You're welcome!
  10. @_angelos You can disable automatic "trickle" syncing: http://is.gd/1eNDE if you find that Entourage is making Spanning constantly sync.
  11. @_angelos That was it? Cool! :-) Also, Entourage can drive other Sync Services clients like us crazy. To avoid that (see next tweet...)
  12. @_angelos Also, it looks like you aren't syncing your "Luminis" iCal calendar. Check the Calendars tab to see if it's checked.
  13. @_angelos Got your report. what are the titles of the missing events?
  14. @_angelos It shouldn't be that big zipped. But if you want to compress and send just the synclog that will work too.
  15. @_angelos Thanks!
  16. @_angelos Please add an event, do a sync, and if it doesn't show up, email a report (Advanced > Create report) to support@spanningsync.com.
  17. @_angelos What behavior are you seeing? Also, are you using the 3.0 beta or the shipping 2.1.3?
  18. Oops--that was supposed to be, uh, *to* someone.
  19. Are you using the 3.0 beta or the shipping 2.1.3? (Also, what behavior are you seeing?)
  20. @applsys Thanks!
