  11. @hevtalbot was the smoking cessation stuff interesting? Is it all about referring on to other services or more hands on?
  12. @LucyNourishMe arrrrgh that drives me mad - "It's a vegetarian recipe honestly, there's just a little bit of bacon for flavouring"
  13. @KathrynElliott witlof/chicory with wilted watercress sounds good. Yet to try but it's often mentioned as good to dip into bagna cauda
  14. @martinxo it was a made-up tofu recipe but it passed the carnivorous husband taste-test with flying colours so I will write it down & share
  15. unintentionally celebrated #vegan day with tofu in a rich garlic, chilli, ginger, lemongrass and tomato sauce. Very tasty it was too
  16. @ang_w losing 2 stone is fantastic, well done you! The sausage & fennel gratin might even work with just lean meat & a little extra herb
  17. @JuliaParsons oh no! We have global knives too, which I've presumed indestructable even though they feel bendy. Apparently they're not
  18. thanks @ang_w , how lovely! I'm intrigued to know which recipes are South Beach friendly. Any with wholegrains or are there other criteria?
