@ if in an out-building (shed or garage) that gets direct sunlight & warms up over several days they may believe temps are stable.

@ I know my bees become active @ > 14°c so to avoid them emerging too early do not place near a 'greenhousing' window

@ they can withstand the freeze (blood is glycol-based) so timing is a question of how insulated the homes are to extreme weather

@ Hi, no problem bringing plant in to avoid frost-damage, but if room is too warm (13°+) bee may emerge too early.
