  8. We use internal tool called Review-o-Matic. It pulls data from JIRA, Love Machine & past quarter's RoM goal list. We highlight, add notes.
  9. Quarterly Review day. We write our own, peers review & add criticism/feedback on wiki. Then drinking. Cool degree of transparency.
