  13. Asana is only a very small portion of the system of yoga. Don't focus too much on it at the exclusion of more signigicant teachings.
  14. I never BELIEVED an asana and pranayama practice would help with my insomnia . . . but I THOUGHT it would.
  15. Asana and Pranayama are great after a morning jog. Got my rhr to 45 bpm. . . . Amazing to me. That was after the jog and asana.
