  12. Driving past gorgeous ranch land, especially Mize ranches. Saw a rancher on his horse, chaps and all.

  17. Part of UT's botany collection comes from a botanist who drove back roads, and used tape recorder to document every detail. His GPS unit!

  19. Grasses are underappreciated. Love the colors of some out here, a lush dark blue but don't think it's little bluestem. Love side oats grama!
