  1. noise du jour: radiohead is all I need - http://song.ly/2j1cq
  2. @bananomgd It'll reach EU (Germany and Italy) as the 'Milestone'. I know first-hand that Italy is rather import-friendly for smart phones.
  3. a matter of perspective: something simple, from my summer archives, in tune with recent uploads - http://flic.kr/p/7iqWnV
  4. @phantas I'd say Munchkin and Settlers are, in the very least, essential.
  5. @mca I wholeheartedly agree!
  6. @loboastuto @retorta @browserd I'd like to try it, but I don't want to make that the focus of the event. 1 hour goes by way too quickly.
  7. @retorta @browserd @loboastuto Now there's an interesting idea, though it might not be the best one if it's a rainy night.
  8. RT @4amproject: What are you doing at 4am on 6th December? Grab your camera & join the 4am Project! http://bit.ly/7WpaSV
  9. @mca Olive is a bit less aggressive to the eyes than the red, though I would still prefer the black. Still, beggars can't be choosers! :-)
  10. @browserd @mca I bought a now discontinued model that came to the Crumpler store in Bairro Alto. Hence the 50% discount. It was luck/timing.
  11. @mca so you ended up making an deal equivalent to mine. great stuff! :-)
  12. RT @Madril: Visualizing empires decline http://ff.im/-c0ee0
  13. Noise du jour: Yann Tiersen's "Rue des Cascades" - http://song.ly/2j183 - I really love this album.
  14. RT @phototuts: The Comprehensive Guide to Low-Light and Night Photography: http://bit.ly/8RCeC3 (this is a *huge* article!)
  15. @gambuzino That's so last week. You're getting slow, old man :-P
  16. @HBoleto The point of the question is, when you don't want to waste so much space with the RAW format, which one would you lean towards to?
  17. @dramalho I've believe the 40D (the model I own) was the first one to sport that option. More info here: http://is.gd/53iLA
  18. @dramalho Canon DSLRs have the sRAW size option. It's a resampled RAW with 1/4 of the size in pixels. Specific details are unknown, AFAIK.
  19. dear lazy web #photography fans, a question of opinion: for sight-seeing photos you'd pick small RAW (1936x1288) or large JPG (3888x2592)?
  20. @carlosefonseca @madril Mathematics. Law of averages. You can't always be lucky.
