  1. Every weekend should be a four day weekend.
  2. Helping my Dad set up his new iMac (yay!) by transferring files off his slow, old PC (boo!). "42 Minutes Remaining..."
  3. @xturtle Oh, nevermind. Brizzly doesn't show the new Retweets yet.
  4. @xturtle tried Brizly? I think it may work that way too... I can send you an invite.
  5. @xturtle I like the way Tweetie is going to handle this: by overlaying the retweeted's icon with the retweeter's: http://bit.ly/8cHHOu
  6. WordPress.com really should offer a way to 301 redirect your *.wordpress.com URLs to a self-hosted WordPress.org blog.
  7. 2.5 hours of writing, all in Dvorak. I'm getting better! (At typing in Dvorak, not so much with the writing.)
  8. As long as you only listen to them once a year or less, Tenacious D is still really funny.
  9. @xturtle I massively dislike the regular RT format, so I like the direction of the new one. You can opt out of seeing them, for one thing.
  10. I think that was cheating, but I just had to try the new retweet on something.
  11. RT @contextsmag: This should turn some heads: psychologist & twin studies pioneer Thomas Bouchard on the Contexts Podcast: http://bit.ly ...
  12. 30. Blurgh.
  13. Ahh, nice clean Snow Leopard install. Now I have to muck it all up with bloated and ugly Adobe, Microsoft and Quark products.
  14. @kjhealy Sort of like how map makers allegedly put errors in their maps to help catch plagiarists?
  15. It appears I'm really bad at managing multiple twitter accounts.
  16. Chloe fell asleep with my old Ace Frehley action figure tonight. She played with it all day. She goes "Roarr!" every time she picks it up.
  17. I think it's impossible to have road rage while listening to The Grand Wazoo.
  18. Sitting on a ball this morning. It's @danbenjamin's fault. http://bit.ly/tpoqZ
  19. @cmcfadden When I had problems though, I just used ssh + killall Mail. I just use Gmail in the browser now though.
  20. @cmcfadden You get 10 connections with Gmail IMAP, which in my experience was enough most of the time. http://bit.ly/1l0jio.
