  3. first day back on WW. Started @ 218 in '08. Got pregnant Feb. 14, weighing 196. Had baby Nov. 11. Now weigh 192.9. Goal: 150. Feeling good!
  4. I AM BACK. For those who don't follow me elsewhere, baby Jesse arrived on 11/11/09, 9 lbs 11 oz, 23" long. Now resuming weight watchers!!

  9. Fail today: binge eating cupcakes. Success today: 2d consecutive day of 8 cups of water. Now to get to 10, and end the carb binges.

  14. I should just admit to myself that I hate yoga. Hate hate hate hate hate it. Miss my pilates.
  15. @bwJen I used to joke that I was going to start a support group for Helens. something tells me it would be a much smaller crowd.
  16. It's also helping me see why I binge: without tracking, I tend to undereat on the whole, and then overcompensate with a binge.
  17. I have discovered babyfit.com and it's an amazing resource for preg. moms who need to track intake.
  18. @jules23 no worries... at least here I know I have been kinda quiet lately. my coworkers have no excuse tho and STILL they keep asking me!
  19. Points are the only thing that make sense to me.
  20. I'm going to talk to my midwife about using WW to track what I eat, but not "follow plan."
