  5. @VaranusSalvator turned and sank into a pool and ripples disturbed it. Should have just stayed still and watched it.
  6. When the 1.5m cat snake swam alongside, I turned to call hons student but sank thigh-deep into pool - snake detected currents and fled
  7. No palm civets but we saw the crab we were after. A forest teeming with life and flowing with water is lovely at night.

  13. T'was a cool, wet night out at Mandai Kechil mangrove with the usual mid-trip light-up by the coast guard. Metopograpsus' were gravid.
  14. students can't find papers in 12hours that takes 12secs. Mysterious, so arranging live demo.
