  1. @jackbremer We are working on adapting our iPhone app to the U.S. market. Give it a bit, please, and email support to look into the issue.
  2. @benderunit9000 All plans have free incoming calls.
  3. @jaxjaguar Unfortuntately, you can't at this time. Sorry.
  4. @gnowk That should work. If you can, set DTMF mode to RFC2833 as that is the most reliable way to transmit touchtones.
  5. @opendns Thx, we appreciate it.
  6. @opendns Guys, there is an issue with your resolver and our servers. Both our customers are suffering. Plz, get in touch.
  7. @markrich FYI. There appears to be an OpenDNS/sipgate issue with a bit of history: http://bit.ly/5Kaz3
  8. @markrich Name servers are fine: http://www.dnsquery.org/dns... Betting on a routing issue with your ISP. Please, dm IP.
  9. @markrich Odd, perhaps a routing issue with your ISP. Please, DM your IP address so we can look into this.
  10. @markrich All systems are up and running just fine - including name servers. Please, contact support to investigate your issue.
  11. @dacorest Auto attendants require a team account. Sorry. We would love to see a Blackberry sip client. So far no luck, though.
  12. @KI6ILS The minimum offered depends on how many services you subscribe to. We set it to match your estimated monthly costs. Makes sense?
  13. Great news: AT&T finally allows VoIP over 3G. http://j.mp/2PEOW1 Time to get to work for us. Let us hope their network holds up.
  14. @tienhn Oh, yes, we have seen a number of sipdroid users on our systems. Both, from the 1.0.x and 1.1.x branches.
  15. @rstoeber It's one way to communicate with our customers, and we use it to keep you informed about our service and new features
  16. @voipusers Servers/gateways/web are up and running. No downtime reported so far. What's the exact problem?
  17. @instantshift Thanks! Our design team is so happy about this: sipgate in "Inspirational Corporate Website Designs" http://bit.ly/oMESL (#43)
  18. @lewellyn At this time there is not, though we fully agree there should be one. We will keep releasing upgrades to the service as we go.
  19. @_score Not yet. We are working hard to make transfers happen. Admittedly, this is quite task and ports will not be available short term.
  20. @cbwahlstrom The sign up process was indeed down for a while. Please try again. Everything should work now ;-)
