  1. @robfay :) You should be fine to use the software unrestricted for 30 days without registering. We'll get the Snow Leopard bug fixed asap.
  2. @robfay thanks for letting us know. please email us on info@clearleft.com and we'll get you sorted, no problem :-)
  3. @PhilipMorton Thanks - someone will reply after the weekend.
  4. @PhilipMorton Sorry you're having trouble registering. Contact info@clearleft.com and we'll fix that right away.
  5. How to run a guerilla usability test: http://tr.im/testtips by @cennydd (for @inf0rmer and anyone else who wants tips)
  6. nice feature suggestion http://bit.ly/2oXsi0 from @harrybr
  7. @DaylightGambler I believe it's been termed parallax scrolling. Our very own @nicepaul wrote about it: http://bit.ly/8Q1ka
  8. @andrewfox That's not a bug, it's a feature ;)
  9. Nice mention of Silverback in the Guardian yesterday (hit tip @AlphabUX )
  10. @ryanfeeley cool - good to know :)
  11. @silverbackapp gets a shoutout from @lastfm at #seedcamp
  12. @ryanfeeley if i remember correctly, the issue is compiling the screen data with the video takes time (export time), so no instant playback.
  13. @ryanfeeley 'fraid not :-( hopefully we'll get this software update out soon so it'll be easier for you next time.
  14. @ryanfeeley we've been listening to users feedback on what needs improving. sounds like it's come slightly too late for you this time! sorry
  15. @ryanfeeley ideal for your situation so you don't have to edit 7 hours worth! also, export all of 'task 1' or all of 'task 2' etc.
  16. @ryanfeeley new version of SB coming soon will let you export a short highlights clip of just points marked using the remote during session.
  17. @robfay Hi Rob, the short answer is no. We wanted to keep Silverback simple and cheap, so we don't offer metrics or analytics.
  18. RT @alabutbeen: itching to use @silverbackapp forever & finally used it for user tests today. SO easy!
  19. RT @simonrjonesbeen: using @silverbackapp to test a site on IE7 via VMWare.. works really well
  20. Any silverbacks users in the US looking for a spot of contract work? If so, drop us a DM and we'll put you in touch with the client.
