  18. The unintended consequence of reviews - they know it's going to be reviewed, responsibility is shared, so do whatever's good enough to pass.
  19. Especially when I have to correct it because it's cobbled together and inaccurate.
  20. You can't just drop a 60-70 page dense technical document on somebody and expect a thorough review in 2-3 days.
