  15. linkedin has a great premium subscription flow - but they "forgot" to build a flow to cancel that subscription - bad product decision

  20. @LegalACEs I understand it varies, although it would be good to know ahead of time how long it would be. Are we walking 3 weeks, 4 weeks?
