  1. There's nothing about this sentence I don't like: "Bang 'Em Smurf and 50 Cent were very close friends together." Perfection!
  2. @Spiegelmania I've been to SOMA. There are very few neon signs, and none of them are pretty.
  3. @SisterMable There's that problem, yeah. What's the closest SF has to a Petula Clark-approved downtown? Union Square, maybe?
  4. @sisteredith Yep. The basic concept had promise, but wow, they botched it in every conceivable way. All it was missing was a space battle.
  5. Is there still a place I can go downtown to listen to the rhythm of a gentle bossa nova? Because that sounds awesome.
  6. @sisteredith Which Bond film? There's a lot of competition for that title.
  7. The tv at the gym is showing "Maury." I try not to look, but sometimes I glance up, and it's like spraying my eyes with hydrochloric acid.
  8. "We all know there are only two ways to hurt your neck. One is a car accident. The other's cunnilingus."
  9. @greygirlbeast Mmm. Blood Oranges. I'm sold!
  10. @barefootjim In all seriousness, I think Lynch would be an excellent guest-director for that very reason.
  11. @barefootjim Same here, and the deliberate pace is one of my favorite aspects. I like a show what takes its time.
  12. @barefootjim Likewise. If Weiner decided "Fuck it, this as good a place to stop as any," I'd be sad but satisfied.
  13. @neega I'll bet "Most Likely You Go Your Way (And I'll Go Mine)" hooks him. It did when I first heard the album. (I was 14, admittedly.)
  14. @ultramundane That's the one.
  15. I'm not sure if I'm dancing to remember or to forget.
  16. @rhiannononon And it's directed by Jonathan "Commander Riker" Frakes, bitches! http://is.gd/4QqMv
  17. Tonight, the Governator drinks your milkshake and vetoes your bill in "Terminator 2: Judgment Day." 2263 Mission, 8pm, $5. http://bit.ly/bmn
  18. "Dedicated to Andrei Tarkovsky." Called it!
  19. I'm only on the second episode of the 6-part Monty Python documentary series, and there's already WAY too much Russell Brand.
  20. The Complete One-Liners of Roger Sterling: http://is.gd/4PUdF
