  1. @mrsmicah According to IMDB, anyway: http://bit.ly/1BwYtA
  2. Apparently Patrick Stewart is watching me (with his googly eye, no less). My family is hilarious.
  3. Someone keeps googling "message of three men in a boat" and finding my site. 1. Not everything has a "message". 2. Just read it yourself.
  4. Hey look, I actually remembered to blog this month! http://bit.ly/101WXo
  5. Got my Hill pass today. I can go anywhere now. Watch out, Parliament!
  6. @mrsmicah Yes. The further down the alphabet, the larger the hook size. (I think: we just use mm in Canada. Brit letters different, too.)
  7. @kimthedork Nope; I feel great. This might point to some things I have to work on, however...
  8. @mrsmicah How goes that other project you've been working on?
  9. @mrsmicah haven't decided yet. Last few years all full of dissolution re: NaNo... no plots in my head at the mo. Might not need stop me, tho
  10. Watching Les Mis (Liam Neeson version) with my housemates. Strongly tempted to burst into song -- since all films = better as musicals, yes?
  11. @mrsmicah @brokeinthecity I live in a residence, so can't speak to cost of living in Ottawa. Beautiful city, though, lots to do & see!
  12. @sybillenowell good'nuff for me as well! We eat soup most every day, but the borcht was well the best so far :)
  13. @MariJorstad Not taken over the country, but certainly marching all over Ottawa. Life is spectacular, albeit cold. How is Toronto?
  14. Hi, twitter, remember me? I just wanted to pop in to tell you all that I love borscht.
  15. Dudes, I get wireless on the greyhound!
  16. Moving to another city tomorrow! I'll probably be dark on twitter/blog for about a week. See you all soon, I hope!
  17. @kingrat Fair enough. I thrive on that sort of thing -- but it's not for everyone. Have you ever read her Doomsday Book?
  18. @kingrat Ooh, Connie Willis! Did you love it?
  19. @history_geek Have you tried the stairway strategy?
  20. I'm sure this'll get old soon, but right now, I'm enjoying it: http://bit.ly/1a2tlG
