  1. Great tips on freeing blocked energy: go for walk, sit, be in nature, eat less red meat (or none), do yoga, stand on head, dance around!

  3. My teacher Max Strom said child's pose is like pushing save on your computer. It's an integration pose. Seals effects of your work. ❤ that!
  4. Why I ❤ child's pose? ❤ stretch in low back. ❤ feeling safe. ❤ stretch in legs. ❤ when someone adjusts me in child's pose.
