  1. New blog post: A Taxing Problem http://www.shanegreer.com/2...
  2. A day of Starbucks, gym, cinema and Xbox. Hopefully...
  3. @grabcocque surely you don't expect that America should have amended its constitution?
  4. New blog post: Fight Michael Gove! http://www.shanegreer.com/2...
  5. @grabcocque ...only a warrant is required. However in this instance the US applied their own higher standard when dealing with McKinnon
  6. @grabcocque It's unavoidable. The US constitution requires 'probable cause' to be established with regard US citizens, whereas in Europe...
  7. @grabcocque applied the 'probable cause' standard rather than the 'warrent' standard; thus excluding any inequality in the treaty

  10. @EinyShah hmm, it says I am following you. Very odd! Could you email me your CV? shane.greer@totalpolitics.com
  11. Would you like to volunteer at Total Politics? If so we're looking for two people from 30th Nov to 11th Dec. Message me
  12. @ChrispLOL something tells me this is a subject we'd be likely to disagree on! Out of interest, how do you define equality?
  13. New blog post: Ending the Politics of Envy http://www.shanegreer.com/2...
  14. @BevaniteEllie indeed. But it does say something about the law
  15. @BevaniteEllie it's an absurd legal requirement. By dropping the MP they can Tweet, if they keep it in they can't.
  16. Happy thanks giving to all my American friends, and of course to my wife
  17. @BevaniteEllie I don't wish that. I hope they do change their names. It's absurd that the inclusion of 'MP' would prevent them tweeting
  18. RT @DavidWooding: Half Labour MPs on Twitter wont b able 2 tweet during election - those with MP in their name, bcs it breaks electoral law
  19. @torybear you're in Libya!? WTF!?
  20. @bryony_gordon that's frankly astonishing, would that essentially put you on tip toes!?
