Early morning walk after incessant train horns awoke me much too early. Rose buds starting! Gathered catnip and lemon balm....mmmmm mints!

Writing about Stachys for the AHG journal, supping on lentil dal, black rice and nummy pickled dandelion greens.
sunbreaks in the clouds, and lilac flower essence making....oh the loveliness of spring!
Sipping fresh lemon balm infusion, contemplating lovlieness of fresh peach leaves. Put up fresh plantain tincture and drying catnip.
Off to harvest peach leaves in the rain!
Listening to the spring rain falling. What a blessing to sleep to the sound of rain and wake to the sound of rain. Rain is pure magic.
Dinner: black rice with coconut, red lentils and lotus root curry, and baked delicata squash.
Back from the airport. Contemplating lunch. Clouds a rollin in over the Rockies for yet another snowstorm.
eating more Mung Dal soup, white peony tea from Seven Cups and getting ready to take sweetie to the airport.
Dinner: Mung dal and poha and strawberries.
Taking a walk in the sunny spring breeze!
Packing my herbs and oils. It's hard to be a few weeks without all my medicines around me!
Breakfast out with my sweetie. Mother's day and his mom passed, and a friends baby was born. Life goes and life comes...in big circle.

Raspberry Lambic in celebration of finishing school! Steak salad w/ guacamole!
Lunch: carrot, beet and radish salad w/ feta and eggs, cioppino, and ginger brew. Bio-Chemistry for dessert!
breakfast:shrimp, chard and poha w bobbie. Now at school talking about vitamin c.
lovin banjo music and getting ready for bed.
Dinner: Scrambled eggs with spring chives, pickled green beans from last summer's garden, and LOTS of butter.
