  10. trying to multitask way too much while attending this conference...successfully crashing my computer

  12. there was an assertion that virtual worlds foster a trust environment that doesn't exist in the 2D environment
  13. 1 thing certain: I prefer to access a live video stream in a non-virtual environment and so does my computer at work.
  14. correction: info security environment looks to further isolate an end user...while the technology education environment requires collab

  16. ok maybe myspace was a bad analogy but myBase and myspace sound too much alike to not have name association take place
  17. myBase, myspace for the airforce...well a bit more than that it's an island in SL
  18. I don't know that I would embrace all technology...in fact I generally don't as a rule...there are requirements that need to be met first
  19. one thing not mentioned in that comparison is the dramatic difference between quality of content
  20. interesting content comparison between all broadcasts by NBC, ABC, CBS from 1960 to present being equal to 6 months of content on youtube
