  1. Just saw the film Hangover -- the perfect antidote for the last couple days.
  2. @nothelga I have the same problem -- it helps to work from home :)
  3. @benkunz I think a better tagline would be "the pause that crushes"
  4. @odannyboy I'd add great food to France's assets.
  5. Are netbooks useful for small businesses? Would love to hear from small business owners out there.
  6. @jamin That happens in the Upper Haight nearly every day at noon. It's a warning system in case of earthquake or other natural disasters.
  7. @benkunz I've never been a fan of cutting my own copy -- it's painful.
  8. RT @stevebaker Confirmed: McGraw-Hill exploring "strategic options" for BusinessWeek. http://tinyurl.com/krpoop
  9. @sdawara No, I wish the elephant was Twitter :) Instead it's this: http://tinyurl.com/l3pg97
  10. Check out the post by @stevebaker on the potential sale of BusinessWeek: http://tinyurl.com/l3pg97
  11. Have decided to ignore the elephant in the room and get to work.
  12. @benkunz Turns out brain wasn't helping because I forgot to give it caffeine. No Large Hadron Collider required.
  13. Brainstorming story ideas but my brain has decided not to help.
  14. Forrester CEO George Colony is guest-blogging today at BW on what the fall in marketing budgets means for CEOs: http://is.gd/1tQpO
  15. Throwing mental darts at Movable Type for making it so difficult to load and format photos.
  16. @nicole_conley I don't mind e-mail pitches, but today I deleted 175 press releases from one person. Just don't like spam :)
  17. @ServoTerra They were really generic press releases in an area I don't generally cover. So, no.
  18. @nicole_conley Not a fan of being pitched on Twitter. Much prefer e-mail.
  19. Deleting e-mail at the request of IT -- I just deleted 52 pitches from one PR person.
  20. Thanks to everyone for the advice. Tupperware -- and possibly a sly admission later -- it is.
