  1. It's been a busy week of rearchitecting. Probably another week ahead of me. Then, diving back into Emacs for some heavy lifting.
  2. @jabrams That's a tough one. I need to be able to write drop rules (or just drop in the classifier, though I don't want that yet.)
  3. It's a little shocking how much spam there is in the Google Blog Search index. I hope they're able to clean it up.
  4. Did a mildly major algo tweak this morning. Hoping it will suck less: http://www.codesimplicity.com/archives/137
  5. @teaperson Separately, I tweaked to algorithm to turn down some of the noise. Be interested to see if it's better for you. Also, Lex. soon.
  6. @teaperson Yeah. They don't populate their title field. I haven't written a generalized handler for that yet. It's old-school Blogger engine
  7. @jabrams good article. I'll need to blog about it today. Thanks!
  8. One-man-band startups sure could use a ticket to the #techcrunch50
  9. Writing more of the automated monitor harness. It will be good to sleep a little better at night.
  10. My monitoring harness is in pretty good shape. And now, I'll know quickly when I'm running out of disk space. Real magic tomorrow.
  11. Spending my afternoon writing the server monitoring scripts. Not tremendously exciting, but a good excuse to do some ruby meta-programming.
  12. Just found and fixed a heinous bug. Thanks to John for inadvertently finding it.
  13. I love it when I inadvertently DDoS myself.
  14. I'm going to do a screencast on how to use Serendeputy. Any suggestions on the best screencast software for the Mac? Thanks!
  15. @Fritinancy Thanks for the tweet!
  16. Tracking moving bottlenecks. Trying to see if I can find a common root cause.
  17. @buridan Thanks for the shout-out! I hope you enjoy using the product. Cheers.
  18. Rewrote JS so that it's possible to track clicks opening other tabs. Now, you can just go down the front and open everything in background.
  19. @jabrams Ahh. Had a weird subversion conflict. Should be all better now.
  20. @jabrams what page did that link from. I thought I caught all those. Grr.
