  1. @jdub: Yeah, the Chromium developers have been making great progress. They also recently added native theming: http://u.nu/6bzi
  2. I really like the direction that the #desktopcouch movement is heading. Good overview from @sil: http://u.nu/3cci
  3. @frankycaron: http://u.nu/8xpi
  4. @garethgreenaway: yes, this version seems to be a mis-step, so I gave it the boot. The program lacks sole needs time to heel. ;-)
  5. The new version of D-Feet seems to break more things than it fixes. :-( Disappointing. I can barely get it to work here.
  6. Writing plugins for the Evolution mail client is an exercise in futility. Couldn't do it at all in C, but almost got it working with C#.

  8. haha RT @smehmood: Waiting for EU regulators to force Google to unbundle Chrome from Chrome OS. (via @binarybits)
  9. RT @RussB "I just deleted all the other apps on my Ubuntu desktop except for the browser. Look! It's the Firefox OS™ !" (via @dalmaer)
  10. I really like GTG, it's a great todo list application for GNOME. I implemented a CouchDB backend for it last night: http://u.nu/8t4i
  11. SF Chronicle is clueless: http://u.nu/96xh Extinction imminent. They practically deserve to fail at this point. (link via @briwoon)
  12. @jtzl: You might like the Read It Later extension: http://u.nu/9ewh It will make it easier to avoid using tabs as a reading list.
  13. It's funny how the small things can make a big difference. Favorite Firefox 3.5 feature: moving tabs between windows without reloading.
  14. Really good article by @foresmac about font-face and web typography: http://u.nu/8nmh
  15. C# and CLI now under Community Promise: http://u.nu/8cmh (via @migueldeicaza) Thanks, Microsoft!
  16. @abock: you could just stick the letter "m" in the name somewhere. I think "manshee" has a nice ring to it! ;-)
  17. Very nifty stuff. @sil has made an experimental Firefox extension that stores browser bookmarks in CouchDB: http://u.nu/2mjh Awesome!
  18. Does anybody know how to detect when the user has clicked a specific cell renderer in a GTK+ treeview?
  19. @siracusa: too many things not supported by the web, including persistent connections, platform integration, hardware features.
  20. Latest issue of GNOME Journal is out: http://u.nu/3f9g Nice articles about GNOME Do, Zeitgeist, and others.
