  1. Just implemented fast in-memory fuzzy string matching in C++ using tries. Now to write the SWIG bindings.

  3. @jbronn the new Geocoder::US code is still undergoing a bit of churn. The SotM announcement jumped the gun on me a bit. ;-)
  4. It turns out that baked falafel is an absolutely terrible idea. (Not my idea, I just had the misfortune to eat somewhere that sells it.)
  5. Driving around Manhattan with the windows open, blasting Debussy's string quartet on the car stereo at full volume
  6. The only good thing about the Ikea in Brooklyn is the lovely grassy spot outside in the sun by the river.
  7. There seems to be some sort of Italian Catholic parade going right by my house in Williamsburg, complete with a marching band.

  10. Realizing today how blessed I am to be surrounded in life with such generous and caring people.

  13. (Nature honors Gay Pride weekend, evidently)
  14. There's a rainbow over Williamsburg!
  15. The High Line Park in Manhattan is everything we could have hoped it would be: A fantastic reclaimation of public space.
