  1. @adelaidenow don't trick us into thinking rann was the one being challenged! Not that there are better choices.
  2. @Hash_MySQL Try sinatra.
  3. @shanselman Running out of Gin?
  4. According to http://www.class3outbreak.com/zombie-outbreak-simulator/, having lots of civilians with weapons may control a zombie outbreak!
  5. Getting a sub-class of NSArrayController to work in MacRuby is doing my head in. Time for bed.
  6. Actually, MacRuby works fine with bindings. It just seems that awakeFromNib is called late.
  7. Think I'm gonna give up and just use a datasource instead. #macruby #cocoa #bindings
  8. Trying to use MacRuby with Cocoa Bindings. The accessor method on my content array is being called before awakeFromNib… not so useful!
  9. @tunaranch I saw the two of them with Ben Folds about a million years ago. The three bens tour.
  10. @quamen I did some of that yesterday.
  11. @hassox Hmm. Sounds interesting. I was looking at doing some stuff with Sinatra, but would like to find something like Django's admin.
  12. Also, had a great idea for django superuser being able to "masquerade" as another user, in order to see what they see. More later.
  13. Working through the example projects in "Programming Cocoa with Ruby". Might actually make a real app this time.
  14. @zacharyvoase the bb page for django-retracer appears to be broken.
  15. Hmm. My iPhone battery meter says 100%. After an hour of constant use. Methinks something not quite right.
  16. The new V is pretty good. Not quite the best new show on TV: that would have to be Community.
  17. @mathwuyue Yeah, that's how I have been doing it until now. (pre-django).
  18. Spent way too much time trying to use django templates to recursively generate XML from (effectively) valid JSON data.
  19. @pcwiz Apparently not.
  20. @pcwiz Agreed. Love the promise, but it doesn't feel nearly done yet.
