  1. @JuryVox we're on different wavelengths. In voir dire, when u need a juror 2 commit 2 something (so u can strike him for cause) u MUST lead.

  4. An inability (refusal?) to ask LEADING questions in voir dire when ur trying to strike a venire member is a common tactical mistake.
