  11. other challenge of it being govt driven - having the 'but this is how we have always done things' response & not seeing value of integration
  12. current challenge is integration with peoplesoft
  13. they looked at salesforce & ACT but CRM came out on top because of its integration with other apps
  14. manage your tasks through CRM, share with the team & accessible from outlook
  15. Key feature is the integrated Windows Workflow foundation (WWF). allows automation of automated biz processes
  16. use the events Accelerator for managing events , people soft & oracle backend
