  1. Woke up with sore shoulders today from yesterdays back and bicep training. Ouchie! Still did 30 min of cardio today anyhow.

  5. Just finished 1 hour and 15 min of back and biceps followed by 30 min running/walking on the treadmill.

  7. My booty is still sore from yesterday's squats and lunges. Its a miracle I was able to do 30 min spinning today.
  8. Just finished my first day of reverse workouts. Now doing only 30 min of cardio and 1 hour strength training! Take that fat!
  9. Rollerskating for the first time since I was 16. Gonna be sore tomorrow!
  10. Just got back form the gym and I burned 618 calories! Woo! Making a turkey and spinach wrap recipe from The Biggest Loser.

  13. Started my day with a low fat iced mocha I made with my new magic bullet and burned 550 calories at the gym!
