  3. Disliking Christmas shopping very much, certainly no cheer

  7. also visited olduvai gorge, the cradle of mankind, very humbleing to be where human kind evolved and where we all came from
  8. visited a massai boma, very interesting, they sure can dance and sing
  9. saw rhino in the ngorogoro crater!! an amazing place to be, so many animals in the most amazing landsacpe
  10. followed a snake track today, but couldnt find it
  11. so many baboons, many with babies, very cute
  12. had a lion walk past my window which was open, so close i could have touched it!! i wisley chose not to bother
  13. saw at least 50 - 60 hippos wallow in their own poo!! possibally the most grumpy animal i have ever met
  14. flew in a hot air ballon over the serengeti n watched sunrise, lions plus, drank champagne and had full breakfast in the bush, i love my job
  15. watched my first hunt 4 cheetah againt a hare!! they caught it, ate it and then in came 4 lions and chased them, a real theater of nature
  16. cant begin to describe what happened in the serengeti, but 3 leopard, 6 cheetahs, over 50 lions many elephant and antelopes galore
  17. drove to the serengeti via the ngorogoro crater rim, awesome view of the largest unbroken caldera in the world
  18. lake manyara is very beautiful, many flamingos but the water is a little low, and lots of elephant
  19. returned from the tour and all is well
  20. tour starts tomorrow, first stop lake manyara then to the serengeti
