  1. Speaking of habits, those who have to structure their own time will like The Pomodoro Technique, a free ebook.
  2. What "habit" is getting in the way? Write a 4-step better habit. Tape it up where you need it. Practice. Fail. Practice. Succeed. New habit!
  3. Feeling unrested on awakening, or sleepy during day are strong indicators of not sleeping right. If so, this is your top priority to solve.
  4. Ever heard of the myofascial system? Care for it is as important as brushing your teeth. Look up Bonnie Prudden Pain Erasure in Amazon!
  5. What if certainty wasn't about guarantees, but clarity of commitment? What if you shimmered the negative feelings that come up around that?
  6. Have a project? Anxious about it? Shimmer the anxiety, and take the time to find the "gotchas" that would have been unpleasant surprises.
  7. Part of your exercise program? Regularly pull out some of your old stuff and donate it. Think how much lighter you'll feel after a while.
  8. I think SLEEP is the biggest secret in mental health. Feel un-rested in the AM, or sleepy during the day? Look into it. Questions? Write me.
  9. And: Envision a positive outcome later today on your timeline. Savor satisfaction. Track back to now. Take the path to the outcome.
  10. Pressure? Imagine this moment is on a timeline. Stretch the timeline out until your body decompresses. Full breath.
  11. Just when you think you have 2 choices, notice your intuitive twinge of discomfort. Ding! Step back, shimmer that, open to creativity.
  12. Targeting tip: Focus on the center inside the center. Try it with a discomfort as a meditation. Strange but powerful.
  13. Reminder: target means to focus awareness intently on something. Msg me with your experience or questions. How'd the experiment go?
  14. Shimmering experiment: Target an imbalanced feeling & imagine a pendulum of healing energy swinging through you left/right/left/right.
  15. I'm serious. And don't just do it once. Do it until you feel a release or connection that feels new. You'll know it when you get it!
  16. Think of someone you want to tell off. Imagine you are a saint or master or something like that. Now what would you say to expand you both?
  17. What NEW are you creating? Just pick one, and make it the theme for the week. A communication pattern? Your body? A thought pattern?
  18. Picture the results 100%. As in, junk all cleared out, stuff organized, fabulous career milestone, deep relationship. Hear, see, feel it.
  19. 1 min. meditation: What habit might you move to another place or time? Fully imagine it & the result down the road.
  20. 2 min. meditation: "What are you practicing?" (As in habit patterns of thinking, doing, & being.) Makes a good theme of the day, too.
