@ I then finish with a sweet vinegar (rice wine or balsamic) for tomorrow I added a julianned apple and a habanero pepper

@ I wash, cut in half, put in a big bowl & toss w/olive oil & salt, the put on a roasting tray, 375-400 for about 20min (until tender)
