  1. Good set of k's today. Got it in right before the snow hit. Its been dumping. Feels like Feb not Oct. Looks like a treadmill day for the pm

  3. Great long run today. 12 medium hard+8 hard+3 cool down. Inspired by Dathan, Sammy and Deena's races today. Congrats to those guys!
  4. Watching Deena run the Chicago marathon on Universalsports.com before hitting a hard marathon simulation this morning.
  5. Congrats to @ChrisLieto on his second place finish at Ironman Hawaii! What an inspiration.

  7. Watching the Ironman after a nice easy hour run. Excited to watch Deena Kastor at Chicago marathon tomorrow on WCSN.com. Big run tomorrow.

  9. Had a new appreciation for life on my uphill run after wittnessing a gnarly accident in my rear view mirror and calling 911.
  10. 1:45 easy run today, hour stretch session w/coach, 90 minute massage, 2 conference calls, a two hour nap, and church. Full, but good day!
  11. Watching "Run for Your Life," a documentary about the origins of the NYC marathon, while using the Normatec. Inspiring film.

  13. Cold workout today. 4 by mile then 3 by 1200. Good to wake the legs up after Sundays hard long run.
