In the gitx commit view you can highlight just the lines you want and choose "Stage lines". As good as git add --interactive :-)

Hmm. Contact sync messes up Address fields. iPhone <-> Gmail uses \n between street/city/state/zip, but Gmail <-> MacAddressBook doesn't.
