  1. If I write this here, then I will go out. I'm going for a run tonight after work, target is 10km in under an hour..
  2. @whitefirdesign cheers, I eventually figured that out. I uploaded config file from dev environment without changing content urls
  3. cool, not hacked, simple config error in wordpress configuration file.. shows my lack of testing when I uploaded it the last time. :-)
  4. hmmm.. website not looking right.. either my restructure didn't work as expected.. which is odd as it was fine before.. or it's been hacked
  5. @GrantSalvona had a go with the tablet yet? :)
  6. restructure complete, no issues. :) Next task, migrate current site to subversion repository, making external dev easier. Tomorrow :)
  7. restructuring runography site to allow for easier upgrades in future.. going well so far, famous last words
  8. Just signed up for the 2010 Edinburgh Marathon.. I'm back for another attempt :) http://www.edinburgh-marath...
  9. out for another 10k run tonight. 8:30min/mi, best I've managed for a while, although it was a hard graft. Heart rate was flying
  10. 2nd run of the week, 2nd run in 2 days. Easy run with my cousin, 3.7miles with a 0.5 mile walk after 2.4 miles. Getting him started. :)
  11. Was out for a 10k training run today, 8:49min/mi. I've signed up my cousin Steven to start training. :-) He's a smoker, will be tough going.
  12. Processing shots from yesterdays trip to Leuchars Air Show, could take some time. Some nice shots in there though.
  13. ran a 10k today, average pace 8:34min/mi. That's a whole 40s per mile faster than last week! :) Won't be long before I'm sub 8:00 again. !-)
  14. Another 10k run on Saturday under my belt. Was hard work as was hungover, but with no smoke in my lungs I got round eventually.
  15. Completed a 10k training run yesterday, felt good although my right leg was niggly after 5 miles. Looking forward to getting the distance up
  16. another run complete on Saturday, comeback on the cards, another 3 miles out the way. Not pushing myself too much, just building up strength
  17. Ran my old Blantyre route at lunchtime today. 10k @ 9:39 min/mi. Not fast, but it was pain free. :)
  18. slow progress with running recently, managed a 10k last week but was a slow run and my left leg wasn't doing well at the end of it
  19. @bairnpunter starting to train for 1/2 marathon, but want to make sure my knees cope before I shell out any entry fees
  20. Looking forward to my first run in 3 weeks tonight.. :)
