  14. Meb finished in 2:09:14, for the first American win here since Al Sal in 1982. Hall has worked himself up to 4th place.
  15. This was the first time Paula hasn't won a city marathon that she entered. Meanwhile, this is the first time Meb has won a marathon.
  16. Tulu's winning time was 2:28:52 unofficially. Petrova in second and Daunay was third. Paula 4th.
